Early Baseball Comments
After just over a month of baseball season...

Rangers in 1st place?!
Pirates in 1st place?!
Tigers in 2nd place?!
Orioles in 2nd place?!
Diamondbacks in 2nd place?!

Not to mention, Yankees in last place?!

Juan Pena is struggling, Jarred Kelenic is flourishing.

Finally, the games are so much easier to watch with the new rules.

Agree 100% with the new rules making it easier to watch. All the dily-daling being removed has speeded up the game - seems like most games are done in around 2 1/2 hours not friggin 3 1/2.

I am very disappointed with the "balanced schedule". I think the Phillies have had 9 division games so far ( I know they stink) I've never liked inter-league play and so far (records aside) I could give 2 craps what place Texas is in - and I like and follow players on the Rangers. Either get rid of the league divisions or better yet, just lump everybody together and the 1st 12 teams make the post-season.
*When it's all said and done - all we have left is our reputation.

And don't forget how terrible the Cardinals are doing. Sad

Wow, maybe I need to tune in again on the Tigers.

A’s are beyond awful out here.

Every big hyped Rc coming into the season has sucked so far. Over half of them are already back in AAA

My initial thoughts are this.

As a Twins fan, it is great to see former Twin Brent Rooker flourishing with the A's. He'll make his first All Star game if he keeps it up.

Id love to see Luis Arraez chase .400

Agreed, it's great when a guy can go somewhere and get at-bats.

"It's a long season"

LOL, that always cracks me up when a 162-game season comes down to the last series ... they all count the same.

Love the pitch clock and batter clock. Still infuriates me when a runner is put on 2nd base in the 10th inning! They need to get rid of this ridiculous rule.
