When there is maybe fingerprints or other dirts on the surface of a card do Beckett downgrade?

Should i Open the graded card and clean it carefuly and send it again?

Please help it was my First card. ??

Yes it will grade worse. You should of cleaned surface and used a loop to make sure no surface scratches or dents and dimples are there under magnification. Most people use their eyes to look over cards and get mad when a small detail was missed. What card was grade if you dont mind telling?!?
