Hey all - I have been trying to contact someone at Beckett (literally anyone) about an order i sent in over a month ago, and never got any confirmation email. I want to know where my box is...sent in over $1000 of cards to grade. 

I have scheduled several calls - no one has called 
I have emailed - no response 
I have chatted - no one responds 
I have submitted a ticket - no response

Anyone have any other suggestions?

Keep calling, hang up and call right back. I had to do this for over a week before finally hearing back. They told me it takes a few weeks after receiving the cards before they are put in the system.
