I purchased the following price guide pricing on Beckett: 2016 Bowman Chrome Prospect Autographs Purple Refractors #BCAPOC Oneal Cruz UER/Oneil.  What does UER mean?  Never seen this before and why does it say: UER/Oneil? Any information would be appreciated.

UER means Uncorrected Error.  His last name of Oneal should have been Oneil, or vice versa.  That is the uncorrected error.

Since it was not corrected, as in the older times when different series came out..it is the not any more valuable and is not scarce...Just and error...
