Panini finally came through with one of my 5 open redemptions, and shockingly it was the longest one from 2+ years ago and the most valuable of the bunch. I feel like I hit the jackpot by getting a card I was owed 2 years ago... Pretty sad right?

Anyway it's a 2019 Contenders Bobby Witt Jr. Diamond Ticket Auto #/15. I'll post pics when it comes.

Insane! Are all companies this bad about redemptions?

I just emailed my requests, present time and over 7 years old and asked for a response from Panini.  Chances of me getting a response = 0.05%.  Chances of me getting my cards = 0.000005%  They are not very good and there is a lawsuit over the redemptions.  Also, in my opinion, the rewards program is bogus and a sham.
