I have a 1992 Topps card of Frank Thomas seated with a bat in his hands; on the far left hand side of the card, embossed in blue is the "65th Anniversary" imprint. Can anyone tell me what this card is, where it came from, the value or anything at all. I've searched everywhere but I can't find the slightest bit of info on that card.

The card is 2016 buyback with the stamp
2016 Topps 65th Anniversary Stamped Blue Buyback   They come in different colors according to rarity.
Black (Standard), Red (Limited), Blue (Rare), Silver (Scarce) and Gold (1 of 1)

No value is placed on them 

I do not think they are listed in ORG.  Ebay and COMC have a lot and you can get a hint of value to collectors.

Many are not fans of taking a card and defacing it with a stamp..but there are collectors out there.
