i went to submit some cards from the online site the other day and everything was working correctly i submitted 4 cards using express 5 day no sub grades 40$ a card the total ended up being 200 for the cards no big deal.
well now I'm using the same set up express 5 day 40$ a card but its charging me 80$ a card. it definitely only says 1 card 80$ I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or if its something on the website. I called customer service and they just told me to hand write it but I would much rather use the system because the boxes to write in are so small. anyone else have this issue?
