Shout Out to Steel City Collectibles

Back in October, I purchased 2 hobby boxes of pre-sale 2021 Bowman Baseball from Steel City Collectibles. I saw today that the online price dropped $34 per box from when I paid.
After an email to them they cancelled my original order so I could reorder at $68 less! Very nice of them! 
They are great!
Nice to see some honesty in the hobby ... congrats!
That’s just good old excellent customer service, which way too many businesses take for granted.
One of the reasons Amazon does better and better ... it’s businesses losing customers due to bad customer service that feed Amazon. Good customer service = Loyalty ... and loyalty is hard to earn, but can easily be taken for granted, as well. ![[Image: Ch4Mt.png]](http://i.imgur.com/Ch4Mt.png) I guess if I saved used tinfoil and used tea bags instead of old comic books and old baseball cards, the difference between a crazed hoarder and a savvy collector is in that inherent value. |
