Hi, I submitted a card for delivery on August 23rd, 2020 and it was confirmed delivery the following week. I have heard absolutely nothing regarding my card. No update, no email, and no help when I call the help line. I was told to provide a tracking number, though I threw it away after I got delivery confirmation and the post office doesn't have it on their files.

I submitted for the 20 day grading turn around and have heard absolutely nothing. Any help on this matter would be appreciated, gents. As I do not know what to do.

Not a Beckett employee but BGS as well as the other major graders are pretty backed up. BGS currently has it on their page that 20 day will take approximately 3+ months turnaround.

I get that, and I understand. Though, when I call, I'm told they haven't even received it and it's coming up on the 3 month mark. That's where my issue is lying.
