Does anyone know if Topps Update is going to follow the trend of being prohibitively expensive this year? The checklist looks quite meh, but Im wondering hoe desireable those prospect cards will be?

If you can't find hobby at a decent price, you could always buy a $40 blaster online.
LOL
HAHA!!
Only looked at one site but they had it at ~ $130 for a hobby box.
Blowout is $128/ hobby and $245 Jumbo...follows with the rest of the madness..

$$$$ = UNREAL
Last time I checked, the definition of someone willing to keep taking a licking is a sucker!
Buy what you like, not what you might like depending on the contents, and buy months early to save.
Went to the LCS today, which is the blowout front store..had the Update for the right price as on line. Had a blaster of Archives for $25..not too bad..other boxes as per the on line prices..
Update is right for about $75-80/box..at this point..new release..ok..watch for discounts in 1 month..that is how long the prices take to come out anyway..
Went and bought 3 jumbo packs at my LCS. I believe they were $18.00 a pack.
