The tracking number for my recent submission is still showing 'awaiting collection' since the 3rd of October. I understand the backlog at the moment and also increased times for submissions to be added into the system but I'm concerned that my parcel hasn't even been collected yet? Has anyone else experienced this? This is my first time submitting to BGS and I'm worried the submission hasn't been received by them.

I lost the package , since UPS dropped the parcel @front door
Is this a joke company? My parcel wasn't able to be delivered to it was taken to USPS post office to await collection and BGS 'customer service' told me that they don't collect parcels!???!??! How many hundreds do they have sitting at the post office waiting to be returned. My order was sent in from Australia and it's a very expensive submission. What a fucking joke of a company.
What was the outcome? Did it ever make it?
