First time BGS submitter.....
Submitted a card for a 2 day. Got the email on Sunday letting me know it was received. Graded today and it shows the cert number which when looked up manually, shows all zeros for all sub grades and final grade. Pop report doesn't show the cert number in the list either. When I click the cert number in the orders page, says "no record found".
Does this mean that the card didn't grade? Or just that the pop report and sub grades/final grade hasn't updated yet. Buddy of mine had a card slabbed as Authentic and his sub grade reading showed the same zeros. Should also be noted I didn't receive an email yet from BGS letting me know the grades are ready, so I'm hopefully assuming I'm jumping the gun here. Card used to be a BGS 9.5 (quad) that was cracked out to attempt a PSA crossover and then re-subbed back to BGS raw to be reslabbed. So I would totally be confused if for some reason BGS didn't grade it.
