I don't see anything wrong with PWE for selling as long as you're up front about it ...

Fine with me, no need to pay the extra $3 for shipping.

Not great, and you should expect much better. But at least it had a toplaoder.

I've received a card or two in a PWE shipped with no penny sleeve or anything, just a bare card. Crazy.
