You are correct, I am the Midwest Sales Manager and can help you out with anything BGS-related, so no, I will not push you off on someone else. You selected the non-guaranteed service level, which carries a 13-15 month approximate turnaround. I would highly suggest in the future if you submit cards for grading to go through one of our guaranteed turnaround times. I will see what I can do to push this order out within the next week.

Sadly yes been this way the last 2 years on the prior slow orders that required sub-grades.

they actually discontinued that service a while back and only do single grade now on slow stuff. You can always ask Derek to take the order out and make it single grade if the subs make no difference.
