Game 5 of Spurs/Nuggets is again stuck on NBA TV. 3 of the series 5 games have been relegated to a channel that the vast majority of the country does not have access too.
This despite the fact that it is one of only two series (the other being PDX/OKC) that is completely up in the air. Or the fact that the Nuggets are a 2 seed. Or that every game has been close.
I understand that big markets theoretically dominate ratings and that Denver/Spurs have less marketable stars.
But it's also a self fulfilling prophecy where a player like Jokic (one of the most entertaining, unique guys playing today) continues gets stuck in the shadows because the NBA refuses give him a spotlight.
