I tried for 1/2 hour last night trying to enter this card

1999 Skybox Autographics Mike Sweeny (misspelled on the front) Sweeney

There is no card number (i think). I looked and tried all sorts of variations of spellings.

I attached a copy of an image of the card.

Any help would be appreciated.
