Turnaround times
If using a quicker service like 10 or less days are they grading on time? Or is this basically whenever they get the cards graded?

Time starts the day after a sub is receieved. Exclude weekends and holidays.
As far as I've heard 10 days and quicker are on time for full priced services

If one gets discounted contract pricing they can be pushed back further.
