I have purchased some graded cards by BCCG.
After submitting the serial numbers. They are not matching up with the card in case.
Any suggestions as to why ?

I'm not 100% sure of this. I think it's because their is a BCCG number and a BGS and/or a BVG on the graded. And yes, you're right, those 2 numbers will not match. I would love to hear from a top grader with Beckett as I never had one graded by BCCG.

BCCG is not the same as BGS or BVG. BCCG is a bulk "grading" service. There is no population report or way to look up serial numbers for BCCG.

In the future star far away from BCCG unless you are getting a REALLY good deal.
