I do a breast cancer walk each year and was looking at different ways to raise money. Id it against the rules on here or just unethical to hold a raffle of day an autograph card or something on here? Not sure if it would be doable or if anyone would be interested but I wanted to check first to see if it's even possible. Any feedback would be appreciated!

I am a CPA that also specializes in nonprofit tax. Any online raffles are illegal because each raffle must conform to the rules of the jurisdiction state, and since an online raffle crosses state lines, it would not be legal.
Instead, you can donate your cards to the nonprofit to take a personal tax deduction, and then the nonprofit can offer those card for sale (through this site or other means) so that the buyer knows the purchase price will go toward the nonprofit program.

Not ideal, but definitely legal!
