I have recently signed up for the gold subscription membership which comes with the service of grading 12 cards. However I have no idea how to redeem this service that I paid for. I have messaged beckett a week ago and have gotten no reply. I received my box in the mail with my stuff but no instructions on how to redeem my gradings. I am very upset with my purchase and beckett for poor instructions with my order.

Do you know who your regional rep is? I have found those guys to be more than helpful in most cases. You can find their names and numbers on the grading section of the website. Hope that helps.
