Does anybody know why Beckett does not classify any of these cards as rc's even though they have to rc logo?

I am not sure where you are referring because the price guide shows them as 'RR' 'RC' in the description for the rookies.

I believe he means in the attributes to only select "RC".

When you look up Stephen Piscotty and rc's the Donruss Optic is not listed as one.

Yeah, for some reason they didn't tag the rookies with the RC attribute (blue box with RC) as with the Donruss.

They did put RC at the end in the description.

I would say they just neglected to add the RC tag on the Optic.
