Had this card for a while now and popped up again. I noticed the 9.5 subs in centering, edges, and corners but a 8 on surface. I strongly believe that this card has the potential to grade a 9.5 which would make the card more valuable. Any opinions on this would be appreciated.

If the card got an 8 on surface grade this time, there's no way you'd pull a 9 resubmitting, which is what you'd need in order to attain a gem.
