I get home from afternoon shift at around 1am and every night the trade function is down for maintenance purpose...what the hell actually happens? I don't ever see an improvement or a difference and I know I'm not being compensated for the time a service I paid for isn't available...any answers out there?

And what the hell is this image verification for thread posting? Does the photos have to look ridiculous?

I we were meant to know, Beckett would tell us. Perhaps they're trying to justify the prices they charge by doing "maintenance" all the time to keep things running smoothly.
