UD Compensation for a box with a missing hit
Ripped a box of 15-16 Artifacts a while back that was missing a hit, so I called and spoke with a helpful gentleman who said he would be glad to send me something in return. Told him I collected Bruins stuff, but wouldn't be too picky about it. Here's what they sent me...

Not bad, no complaints here, UD has always been willing to help out. It's available for Bruins stuff.

Very nice for you. Last time I complained about a missing hit, they sent me 2 packs of cards.

I had a box of SP authentic with no Future watch auto or sott in it. Nothing!!!! I didn't realize they would do anything about it. Oh we'll probably too late now.
Collecting Vintage OPC and older oddball and food issues as well as Maple Leafs.
Enjoy the hobby at it's purest form, treat it as you did as a kid.

All in all, it's a nice enough hit. Probably made sure I got an auto from the same product since the box I got had a couple common jerseys in it. Can't complain.
ALWAYS call them when you're missing a hit from a sealed box. I've opened a couple hundred boxes throughout my time collecting, and only come up with missing hits maybe four or five times, and UD has never disappointed as far as compensating me for it. Their customer service has always fixed whatever issue has come up.
