Uncertified Autos Show and Share Thread
No player too big, no player too small. Thought I would start a thread to the "Black Sheep" of our world, the uncertified, in person, through the mail, found at a local show, autograph. Please feel free to add yours for others to gawk at and wonder, "Would somebody really fake a Marty Castillo autograph?

I loved watching the Braves as a kid in the early-mid 90s...here are a couple from my Braves collection (somewhere I have a couple uncertified auto'd pics of Chipper Jones):

When your daughter thinks the primary job of an MLB player is to sign her cards, "black sheep" or not, the collection goes on and on...

and on...

The DK framed auto nicely;

The mascots have one job only as well...

and why not get Correa to sign an /5;

some of these are awesome;

1. How many beers had Sparky Anderson downed before signing that card?
2. Dan Schatzeder must have the 2nd best name in baseball behind Rusty
3. John Denver was masquerading as an MLB pitcher called Paul Gibson
4. I like Lance Parish's laser eyes!

Yours and your daughter's also! The mascot ones must have been really fun to get. I know my five year old may have ran the other way screaming in fear into the night. Also you are right about the framed, they kinda make it look like a very small signed photo.

1. Sparky always trailed his sig up that way. Guess after the beer he couldn't sign small enough to get the whole name going across.
2. Let's not forget also the awesome name above of Johnny Wockenfuss. Holder of the title of "Most awkward yet productive batting stance ever"

3. That's awesome.
4. Terminator in disguise.

Zach seeing your Grissom as part of your Braves collection got me thinking about those players who played for a few different teams. I always associate hi as an Expo and not a Brave. The other example that pops into my head is Molitor. I always associate him as a Brewer, but my wife, who is from Toronto, always associates him as a Blue Jay. Take this guy...When I think Juan Samuel I connect to Phillies, but he played for so many years with so many teams I'm sure others out there will think of another team. I guess it all depends on location, team love, and when you were most "into" the game in the past.
