In the Beckett Guide, the card is called "1962 Topps #236 World Series Game 5/Yanks Crush Reds" and the link to it is here:

On the backside, it talks about Mickey Mantle, Yogi Berra, and Hector Lopez. Just wondering which Yankee is pictured on the front side sliding into home?

It's not Mantle or Berra as they both didn't play in the game. There were no outs at home, so the Yankee must've scored. The only players who scored runs for the Yankees in that game are Richardson, Kubek, Blanchard, Howard, Skowron, and Lopez. Considering the player is white, it isn't Howard or Lopez. So down to Richardson, Kubek, Blanchard, or Skowron.

With it talking about Hector Lopez on the card and him being the only player of those mentioned having scored I would have to deduce it more than likely is him.

Look up the old score lines if possible and see how he scored if it is a play he would have slid on.

Definitely not Lopez, as he is dark skinned and the player is definitely light skinned.

Yeah I did not look at the card, then really it could technically be anyone from any game and not actually specific to that one game it is mentioning.
