I submitted several cards in January.  One of my Verlander auto's came back without an auto grade in the slab eventhough the invoice showed it to be a 9.  When I questioned it with Beckett they said they will no longer put the grade in the slab if it's not a 10.  I'm not happy about that as now you have to look up the serial number of the slab to figure out what the grade it.  Very disappointed by this.

Yes i recently graded several cards and 2 came back no auto on slab, one I was very surprised was not a 10, but their response was last year they made this policy change. Obviously very unhappy with it as it is somewhat a waste of $ and doesn't make sense to me why we would have to look it up to know the grade.

Not sure if there is anything customer service would do but they should strongly consider a policy change and offer reslabs. I myself can't find much info and came here
