Question on marketplace

I saw a few Hartline's that I want I wondered a few things
1. Do cards combine for an order and 1 shipping charge or is it like the bay, 1 card shipped at a time 2. Are prices final or can you submit a BO 3. Paypal I assume? Thanks guys! 
The Beckett Marketplace has several sellers. So shipping will be combined/discounted when you order from the same seller. However if you use different sellers than you will be charged the full shipping amount from each seller.
As far as I know prices are final, as there is no place I have seen to submit a best offer. You could always try and contact the seller to see if they will negotiate on a sales price. You can use a regular credit card and not just PayPal, however I prefer the extra level of protection with using a credit card through PayPal.
