If that mark is on the card, no way it goes any more than a 9 and probably will be more like an 8. Surface is heavily weighted on chrome.
I saw that mark too. I just thought that it was lent or something.

No marks on surface, that was somthing on the penny sleeve.
All packed up and ready to ship to beckett today. 10 day service.
Have 3 cards in a beckett now that will be graded this friday(2013 bowman sterling Kris Bryant refractor, 2014 Kris Bryant bowman chrome refractor, and 2014 bowman sterling prospects autograph Joey Gallo black atomic refractor numbered to 10
