For years I never needed to see a scan because I never had a problem but lately I have seen a few things that made me start to ask. But don't be discouraged by that statement. I still think this is the best place to trade on the Internet!

$10 isn't even close. I would only value the card at $10 total because of that fading. He clearly stored it in direct sunlight. I would take it to the mods.

I knew I had seen this before. Floydtown has a post regarding sending out damaged cards. In the post it specifically says that a trade is not completed until both sides receive their end and are happy. He needs to send your cards back or he needs to be banned.
