Forgive my ignorance, but why is the Roberts card so valued?

Ok, Thanks. I thought that's what he meant. But I don't know prices, as I don't have the OPG or ORG. And while I've at least vaguely heard of him, I don't know anything about him.

I had to look up what the big deal is about the Roberts card too. I knew about the Series, but didn't get the significance of this specific card.
