On my 1999 Press Pass Premium #23 Tony Stewart card it is listed with a card attribute of CRC. What is CRC?

His Sprint RC. If a driver starts off in Nationwide and gets his first card that is his RC. When he moves up to Sprint and gets his first card in that series that is his CRC. Hopefully that did not confuse you even more

E7B is correct. In simplest terms, it stands for "Cup Rookie".
