Usually (well for me anyway) factory sets don't have ERR cards like this in it.

It was only available in factory sets from what I read.
Collecting: Auto's, G/U Jsy/Bat, Refractors, etc.., Harper, Trout, Jeter, Mantle, Rivera, Pujols,Ripken, Griffey Jr, Heyward, Cal Ripken Jr., Posey,
Other Auto's, GU cards will be considered 
Awesome find.....something a little extra in a factory set! Please note that this isn't an error card, it was done on purpose and as stated, from factory sets only. Congrats........
