What is the ideal One Touch size for 13-14 UD Trilogy Signature Rookie Premieres (/399, /699)?

I'm guessing it's 75pt, but don't want to go too tight or too loose. I need to buy about 50 holders.

I believe they are 55 point holders. At least that is what I use in the regular top holders. I think the 75 pt. would be too loose.
