short of it is this raiderspawn from my understanding.
Groups exist that do razz's.
You find these groups/websites (just google something like football card raffles), and you can see the site/group.
The person holding the raffle will say how many spots and how much a spot is. (example 50 spots at $2.00 a spot).
When the raffle fills, they could use a site like random.org, input all the names, and randomize it a certain amount of times. Usually person on top after the # of randomizes is the winner.
There is more to it than that, but that's the basics if I'm correct.
It's really just a large gamble. If you win great, if not you're out the money.
