I HAVE 5 WALTER PAYTON CARDS FROM THE 70'S ALL SIGNED W/ NO COA'S. AUTO IS CONSISTANT ON ALL CARDS AND GOT SECOND OPINION ON THE AUNTHENTICITY. WHICH IS POSITIVE. WHEN I SUBMITT THESE TO BGS DO I SUBMIT AS AN AUTO CARD OR NOT?

You can't submit them to BGS directly, you have to send through their JSA/BGS service. Cost will run you around $30-35/card for auto authentication and grading. Use the Grading Services tab at the top of the page for more info.
I like cards serial numbered 34/xx
