Does anyone know if Topps will be offering another wrapper redemption program this year like they have done over the past two years. I sent in the wrappers two years ago to get a couple sets of the Gold Rush but I didn't have the same enthusiasm last year. By the time I had the wrappers and was ready to send them in, many people reported that Topps had already run out of stock.
