I am submitting cards for grading for the first time.
I filled out the on-line form and entered all fields it asked for.
I entered my credit card information.
After I hit the submit button I printed the form.
The shipping address is blank on the form and it never asked me for it.

This form looks a lot different than the standard printable hard copy form and seems to have less information.
Is this printed copy of the on-line form all I need and do I just include a copy when I send the cards?

I also did not receive any type of confirming email and there is nothing showing in my orders on the website.

You do not have a PREFERRED BGS SHIPPING ADDRESS saved then.

Log into your account. Go to MY ACCOUNT. Second page in

https://www.beckett.com/account

Under CONTACT INFORMATION there is a section for addresses. You can save a billing address AND a separate BGS PREFERRED SHIPPING address

Just fill them in and save.

Go back to the online submission link on the grading page.
When you hit "submissions listing" look in the upper left corner for where it says "return to submissions listing". Click that link.

You will then be taken to the order page-- click on the order and reprint it should have that saved address on it.
