Just purchased postage for a 3 oz. parcel and it was $1.93. I remember last week it was $1.69. It's still cheaper than going to the post office and getting tracking, but a $.24 jump is kinda high.

gotta love when congress says that the USPS needs to be self sufficient without federal funds, and when they notice that it's making a profit, it becomes a slush fund for projects they couldn't fund otherwise. had they kept their mitts out of it, even with the reduced amount of stuff to ship, we'd be paying what we were in the 90s. not trying to be political, I think both parties were a party to that...
