I believe they are inserts that Topps put only in their Mega Boxes. I think the MBC on the back with the card #, which in this case are letters, stands for Mega Box Chrome. I actually think they're pretty sharp. They only put two in last years blasters which were RGIII and Luck as far as I know, so there had to be a ton of each, but they still book for $12 each. I think you may be surprised when the pricing comes out. I just pulled the Hopkins along with a Tavon Austin and Denard Robinson from a box I picked up tonight.

yeah i sold most of the rg3 and luck ones i pulled last year during the clearance frenzy at walmart. made just buying the box worth it when you are guaranteed one of those rookies. i think i ended up having like 10 each.
