I recently pulled my first Panini redemption card. So, I redeemed it on May 1st. My question is how long does it usually take for the status to change from initial request to something else? If this helps, the card I redeemed is already made. I just find it wierd that after 10 days, they haven't acknowleged that they received my request. Any information would be appreciated!

i did a few years ago, dont remember how long it took to get it in (i believe it was from a product two years old) but they didnt send a free press pass pack of nascar..which i got nothing from and i had never been able to unload lol

Okay. I don't really care how long it takes to come, but I would like some sort of notification that they got my request. When I had Topps redemptions in the past, I remember getting status updates and even an estimated shipping date (even though that date was Chrismas day).

I have one new request I put in December 2012 that I see in my "Open Requests" search and it has the following values:
Updated By: Pending
Responses: Initial Request
Status: Active

I have one request that shows up in my "Closed Requests" and that I received all 3 cards for many months ago but it shows the same values:
Updated By: Pending
Responses: Initial Request
Status: Active

I redeemed a card from a basketball product and I've been waiting forever (months), I have received no updates whatsoever. It was my first redemption from Panini as well. Good luck with yours.

I had to contact media and public relations to find out what was going on with mine. I received 3 of them shortly after that and am still waiting for the Cano silver slugger one and that was back in January
