OT: TV sports

I don't have any television channels (old TV, never got a converter,) and rather than paying for cable I have premium internet and stick with what I can stream through my playstation. The only thing I really miss is watching sports. Does anyone use any service to stream sports to their TV? It looks like MLB TV has a streaming option, does anyone use that? Anyone know if ESPN offers anything?

Any recommendations are appreciated!
