After opening a good amount of product I came to the conclusion that there really isn't a version that's more rare than another. Seems it just depends on what type of packs you are buying. As said the Gold seems to be more available in the hanger boxes and the silver foil seem to come 2 per rack pack and the paper seems to be pretty consistent throughout all the different types of packaging.
