i honestly cant wait until the ownership we have now ups and sells the Sox to someone one else, these last couple years have just been some of worst baseball i have ever seen, and excuse after excuse of why they losing and all the whining from the players .. arg.

I can tell you the Jays management and fans may have been disenchanted with Farrell anyway, so they figured they might as well get something for him. The team did not play well this year ( mental lapses, etc) so I think they are happy to move on to someone new.
