Replacement question /concern
So I received an email from Panini that they are replacing my
Ryan Tannehill 2012 Donruss Elite Rookie Elite Series Signatures #/99
for
Ryan Tannehill 2012 Panini Rookies and Stars Rookie Material Signatures #/499
I have already made the call and expecting a return call [ya right] but how in the world do they think that is a fair replacement?

I dont know. I am getting super frustrated with this company. I have 3 stevan Ridley RC Autos that i bought and redeemed over 8 months ago and still have not gotten them or any response from Panini. Then i bought a Gronkowski auto /10 from Prestige....i put in that one almost a month ago...still havent gotten it back...yet i see one on ebay over a week ago thats already been redeemed...i think they just hate me

Well I received a call back and their customer service manager Dave S. stated since its a jersey it is comparable to the one they are replacing. HUH? Now I have compared pricing sold for and they are about 15.00-20.00 shy of each other.

I find it odd that they're already giving up on one batch of his sigs, but replacing them with a different batch.
Seems like they'd give him a few weeks/months to make it right.

Its a replacement cause the one I had was peeling at the bottom.
