I have repeatedly emailed them and just get a form letter in return, saying to call them.

I emailed them asking how to request replacement redemptions and got a response asking what my redemption codes were i sent them and got a response that an order was placed for my redemptions and expect them in 2-3 weeks.....
I got them 5 days later
The emails were all done the same day
