After reading the title, I assumed it was a phone card auto, then I see this!!! To answer your question, absolutely not!!!!!!

First let me just answer your question.....NO!

Second, what exactly is that Payton card? Is it some reprint of his RC or did someone actually have him autograph his RC. The reason I ask is that back in the day you would never autograph an expensive card....it was considered damaging the card and took away from the value. My how things have changed with all of the autos out there. I wonder how an expensive old card that was autographed by a player would be graded these days...anyone know?
