Just a guess here as I have not heard this for sure, but judging by when it is coming out, Prime will replace Dominion and will run about the same price.

I will check out the checklist and price point be around the same as UD black I am guessing
using tracking numbers (all US and some Can)
Mr. Hackler at Panini says that he thought that the price would be $200 per pack and that Dominion is still coming out later.
Since I buy almost none of the high end stuff in packs-- all single cards-- replacing a low or middle end product with Prime is a bad idea to me. 
Probably replacing Zenith or Luxury Suite, which is fine by me as both of those products stunk last year.
