I actually just shipped two goalie sticks today. The sticks were wrapped in bubble wrap and then corregated wrap. It seem protected them very well. Due to their odd size I couldnt find anything else around at any of the shops to fit them in for shipping. Cost was about $45 for the pair together plus $12 in materials. Items were shipped to edmonton from fort lauderdale via UPS. shipped today will be to destination next friday.

Yeah I actually have a box that the hockey stick cases come in. So I figured ship it in that and just pad the hell out of it and insure it. I got $20 for shipping...so hopefully I dont have to add too much more

Both of those sound reasonable to me.
Collecting all the Ron Hextall Cards especially those
pesky 1 of 1 cards and other low print runs. I am also collecting Bernie Parent, Pelle Lindbergh, Antero Niittymaki & other Flyers goalies. http://s728.photobucket.com/albums/ww288/dam1057/
when I got 1 stick the guy just wrap it up very well and paid priority mail from within the US... cost him like $7 to ship but cost me $20...... oh well I still got the stick cheap
using tracking numbers (all US and some Can)
