1994 Delgado card ID help

I have a 1994 Donruss Carlos Delgado #568, but at the top of the card front it says limited pressing 1 of 5000, any ideas on what this card is?

At first I thought it might be a Press Proof, but they didn't do those in 1994. Can you show a scan of the card front and back, as that would help greatly.
